CV

I was born and raised in Nuremberg (1985), Germany. I moved to Mannheim to study Sociology in 2005, and to Utrecht in 2008 to study in the Master’s program ‘Sociology and Social Research’ at the ICS at Utrecht University. When I got my PhD position at the Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2010, I decided to move to Rotterdam and I ended up feeling quite ‘at home’ there. However, there are great opportunities ‘out there’, and this is why I moved to London to work for University College London.
